Seven Stars helps boys and girls, ages 13 through 18, struggling with neurodevelopmental issues including autism and aspergers, executive function deficits (ADHD/ADD) and learning disorders (language-based, verbal and nonverbal). These neurodevelopmental issues, such as autism and aspergers, are thought to be a primary cause of emotional and behavioral disturbance and presenting issues. Examples of issues that students struggle with include developmental immaturity, academic difficulties, social difficulties, technology addiction or overuse, rigidity, and executive function deficits. The families we work with are seeking assessments and treatment for theses issues and challenges.

We offer residential treatment and boarding schools for teenage girls ages 14-18 in Utah and throughout the United States. With an emphasis on family-focused treatment, we help adolescent and teen girls overcome difficult mental health challenges through family-focused therapy and create lasting change that heals and empowers young women.

All of our programs have received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. Our continuing care program provides ongoing support through virtual sessions, and our robust Alumni department keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups. Whether an adolescent needs a higher level of care, is stepping down from residential care and needs continued structure and community in our Partial Hospitalization Program, or needs several days per week of after-school support through our outpatient services option, our range of programming meets each young person and family where they are.
