At Newport Academy, our mission to empower teens and restore families takes into account every aspect of a teen’s well-being—physical, psychological, social, familial, educational, and spiritual. Welcome to Hazelden Betty Ford's St. Paul, Minnesota campus where our treatment programs provide a community of hope and health. Our services include outpatient substance abuse treatment, clinically integrated and supervised sober living, and outpatient mental health services. Our programs address the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of alcohol and drug addiction allowing individuals to return to work and family as they continue to heal.

Rogers Behavioral Health's St. Paul area clinic offers highly spe­cialized partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD and anxiety and depression and other mood disorders. Additionally, in Primary Behavioral Health, adults learn to understand their current coping strategies and how these strategies impact their mental health. While building foundational life skills, individuals gain the tools they need to succeed on their mental health journey and live a more fulfilling life. Skill development is guided by evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy strategies that are commonly shared across behavioral activation, exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). All patients have access to a board-certified psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of mental health experts. Rogers Connect Care is a telehealth treatment option offered in IL, MN, TN, and WI.

PrairieCare provides each individual patient the psychiatric care truly needed with specialized psychiatric services for all ages. Our comprehensive care includes Inpatient Hospitalization focused on safety and stabilization, to address acute health and safety concerns; Residential Services for youth ages 10 to 18, with an average length of stay between two and four months; Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive crisis stabilization, specialized psychiatric assessment, and intensive therapeutic services; Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offering programming four or five days per week, with psychoeducation and group sessions; and Clinic/Outpatient Clinic Services providing specialized psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication management, and evaluation. We also have Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy services at our Edina and Woodbury locations near Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Elite Recovery offers Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) treatment to adult men/male and adult women/female identifying and adult LGBTQIA+ struggling with substance use and mental health issues. Elite Recovery, LLC is offering individual and group treatment services 100% in person. Virtual access will be considered on a case by case basis. Since 2002, MHS has provided intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy services for individuals with significant difficulties in daily functioning. Many of our clients struggle with severe depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, relationship problems and safety issues that require ongoing monitoring and treatment. Our programs can be an alternative to frequent hospitalizations by providing skills training and support designed to manage emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and crises while remaining safe in the community. We collaborate with our clients and their treatment teams with the goal of long-term symptom reduction and improved mental health.

Hazelden Betty Ford's Center for Teens, Young Adults and Families in Plymouth, MN is where we've been helping those impacted by the disease of addiction for more than 30 years. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope. Our accredited and acclaimed programs are nationally recognized with experts and highly specialized staff to meet the developmental needs of young people. Situated on 15 picturesque, wooded acres along the north shore of Medicine Lake in Plymouth, Minnesota, our youth campus provides the ideal setting to begin the journey to recovery. Our unique approach has led to our recognition as a national leader in the treatment of teen alcohol and drug addiction. And our continued commitment to the best evidence-based practices, keeps us ahead of the rest as well as our programs for families. Our innovative COR-12 program is the latest in our evidence-based practices. This program uses medications to help those addicted to pain pills, heroin or other opiates so we can successfully treat young people more successfully.

Founded in 2011, Catalyst Mental Health was started with the goal of serving clients with mental health issues and concerns that don't fit easily into any single box: clients who either have multiple issues occurring simultaneously or who have complex conditions that don't align well with traditional diagnostic definitions.
