The Pennsylvania Behavioral Health Center provides comprehensive mental health care services to individuals 18 & up who are experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and have varying degrees of severity of their mental health challenges. We provide treatment for a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders. We also offer specialized treatment for individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction. The needs of our clients vary widely, and we strive to provide personalized and individualized care to meet their unique needs. Many of our clients require assistance with medication management, therapy, and counseling to address their mental health concerns. Others may require more intensive treatment, such as inpatient hospitalization, to address acute symptoms and prevent the risk of harm to themselves or others.

The work each person does at McCallum Place is often just the beginning of a life in recovery from an eating disorder. We want to make sure that everyone we work with has everything they need to remain successful long after their time with us ends. Whether someone seeks treatment at our St. Louis, Missouri, or Kansas City, Kansas, location, they receive an aftercare plan that we personalize to their specific needs and goals. We start planning each person’s aftercare on their first day of treatment so that their plan is as comprehensive as possible. This is a collaborative process in which a person works together with a discharge planner, their treatment team, and members of their family, as appropriate, to determine the next steps in their recovery journey. This might include transitioning to another level of care or receiving a referral to an outside provider, along with identifying any community resources they may need and specific areas to continue focusing on. We are a nationally recognized licensed facility that offers Intensive outpatient (IOP) Services. A Road to Recovery is a 24 bed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment Facility specializing in treating persons who suffer from the disease of addiction often with the duel diagnosis of having an accompanying mental health condition. Our program provides a comfortable, more home like environment in a non-institutional setting. At A Road to Recovery, we believe that people respond better to treatment when they are in an environment where they feel safe, comfortable and are treated with care, respect and dignity. We also place a strong emphasis on true Individualized Treatment as many clients have underlying contributing issues or causes to their addiction where no two are exactly alike.

Belmont Behavioral Health System offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adolescents ages 13-17 who are struggling with a variety of behavioral health concerns. In our PHP, young people can learn to effectively manage their symptoms so that they can begin to function better in their daily lives. This program can be beneficial for individuals who are stepping down from inpatient treatment and still require intensive services but do not need 24/7 supervision. Patients typically remain in the program for two to three weeks, though the length of treatment can vary depending on the needs of each individual. Those in the PHP take part in treatment five days a week for five to six hours a day. During this time, they receive focused care from a dedicated team of professionals. Our staff works closely with each patient to better understand their needs and how we can best support them on their healing journey. Through our premier outpatient services, adolescents can improve their confidence and resiliency and learn skills that promote long-term well-being.

MeadowWood Behavioral Health Hospital, located in New Castle, Delaware, is an inpatient treatment center serving individuals who are struggling with addictions and mental health disorders. Our adult inpatient treatment programs are designed to provide a full continuum of care for adults who have emotional, behavioral, and substance use concerns. We offer inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older, seniors age 55 and older, and individuals who need to detox from addictive substances. We help people who have addictions to substances such as alcohol, benzodiazepines, methamphetamines, prescription drugs, and opioids. We also treat adults who need acute treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and schizophrenia. Patients who take part in one of our adult inpatient programs can benefit from a range of therapeutic activities and work with a highly qualified team.

Outpatient treatment can be an excellent option for someone who is struggling with an eating disorder, whether they are stepping down from a higher level of care or just starting the recovery process. McCallum Place offers two levels of outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older: a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). These programs provide comprehensive, personalized care for people who have eating disorders like bulimia, binge-eating disorder, and anorexia. People who take part in our PHP receive full days of treatment, while our IOP offers half days of treatment. Both programs offer a more structured schedule than traditional outpatient therapy provides. During their time in outpatient treatment, each person participates in daily group therapy sessions that cover topics specific to their unique needs. Depending on their treatment goals, they may also take part in one-on-one counseling, family therapy, and experiential therapies like art therapy and yoga. Row Psychiatric Services IOP offers comprehensive mental health services for and children and adolescents ages 5-13. Our multidisciplinary team will work to meet the specific needs of each child including psychiatric medication management, individual and group psychotherapy, family therapy, and parent psychoeducation. Treatment involves collaboration between the treatment team, the child, and the child's family. Row's IOP supports positive changes while ensuring the integrity of the family unit through preventative, therapeutic intervention. The average length of the program is four weeks. IOP groups are run by mental health therapists, while medications are managed by psychiatric prescribers. The program incorporates evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Center for Families (CFF), a valued member of the Newport Healthcare family of programs, provides guidance, awareness, and education for families in local communities around mental health and substance use struggles. We lead teens ages 13-17 and families to sustainable healing through a continuum of care that includes our Therapeutic Day Program/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program, and outpatient services. In CFF’s treatment programs, teens begin to build strong relationships, learn and practice healthy coping skills, grow their personal self-worth, and reestablish trust and communication with themselves and their loved ones. Our approach blends behavioral and medical treatment (integrated care) and provides both clinical and experiential modalities (integrative care). Each of our treatment programs encompasses evidence-based and solutions-focused components. Through support groups, clinical therapy, and psychoeducation, we involve the entire family in the healing journey - creating connection, cultivating compassion, igniting hope, and generating lasting change.

The Banyan Delaware facility in Milford marks the 12th location nationwide, officially expanding our network to its 6th state in the country. Milford is a beautiful historic town featuring a Downtown Riverwalk, shops, and more. We are centrally located in the state, which makes us accessible for a safe and quick transport to our facility for anyone in the area. Banyan Delaware provides medical detoxification and residential services for substance use disorders and mental health disorders. These life-saving services treat dual diagnosis cases; people struggling with both alcohol and substance use disorders and mental health disorders. In addition, Banyan Delaware can detox off of methadone and provide residential care for some struggling with medical acuities that might bring complications to finding a facility to accept. We accept patients 24/7 and have a full transportation department to assist in the admission process.
