The Pines at Holly Hill Adult (18+) and Adolescent (13-17 years old) Outpatient offers two programs: Partial Hospitalization (Mon-Fri from 8:45am-2:00pm) and Intensive Outpatient: (Mon-Wed-Fri from 8:45am-12:00pm). Led by our Director of Outpatient and staffed with a team of medical professionals (Psychiatrists, Therapists and Registered Nurse), each program uses elements of evidence-based practice such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients in need of more supportive treatment. Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services, is a private psychiatric hospital located on a beautiful campus in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for referrals and no cost confidential mental health assessments. Old Vineyard specializes in inpatient treatment for adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults. Adult specialty inpatient programs include Dual Diagnosis (SUD), Trauma Recovery, Mood Disorders and Seniors. Outpatient adult programs include Partial Hospitalization (day) and Intensive Outpatient and are available for mental health and those with dual substance use disorder. In March of 2022 we opened an evening virtual Intensive Outpatient program for youth ages 12-17.
