With beautiful treatment centers from the cliffs of Malibu to the scenic hills of San Rafael, CA, Paradigm Treatment has been helping teens and young adults with mental health issues for over a decade. Our medical and clinical teams delve deep to address the root causes of the struggles young people face in today’s always-on yet disconnected world. We work closely with youth and their families treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, mood and personality disorders, and co-occurring substance use. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which have been found to be most effective.
