Adolescent & Young Adult Advocates (A2) is an innovative Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Program specializing in the treatment of adolescents, Young Adults, and adults with substance abuse, mental health, and social issues. We lead teens ages 13-17 and families to sustainable healing through a continuum of care that includes our Therapeutic Day Program/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program, and outpatient services. In CFF’s treatment programs, teens begin to build strong relationships, learn and practice healthy coping skills, grow their personal self-worth, and reestablish trust and communication with themselves and their loved ones. Hope's Destiny is an Outpatient Treatment Center for Teens and Adults struggling with Mental Health or Substance Use issues. Our multidisciplinary team includes a diverse mix of licensed counselors, recovery specialists, psychiatric practitioners and holistic therapists. Belmont Behavioral Health System offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adolescents ages 13-17 who are struggling with a variety of behavioral health concerns. In our PHP, young people can learn to effectively manage their symptoms so that they can begin to function better in their daily lives. This program can be beneficial for individuals who are stepping down from inpatient treatment and still require intensive services but do not need 24/7 supervision. Patients typically remain in the program for two to three weeks, though the length of treatment can vary depending on the needs of each individual. Those in the PHP take part in treatment five days a week for five to six hours a day. During this time, they receive focused care from a dedicated team of professionals. Our staff works closely with each patient to better understand their needs and how we can best support them on their healing journey. Through our premier outpatient services, adolescents can improve their confidence and resiliency and learn skills that promote long-term well-being.

Row Psychiatric Services IOP offers comprehensive mental health services for and children and adolescents ages 5-13. Our multidisciplinary team will work to meet the specific needs of each child including psychiatric medication management, individual and group psychotherapy, family therapy, and parent psychoeducation. Treatment involves collaboration between the treatment team, the child, and the child's family. Row's IOP supports positive changes while ensuring the integrity of the family unit through preventative, therapeutic intervention. The average length of the program is four weeks. IOP groups are run by mental health therapists, while medications are managed by psychiatric prescribers. The program incorporates evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
