At Evolve Treatment Centers, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based residential treatment for adolescents 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, aggression, defiance, trauma, and other emotional/behavioral issues. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. At Evolve Walnut Creek, we believe treatment works best when it is individually tailored. Our clinical staff conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each teen pre- and post-admission in order to develop a customized, highly detailed treatment plan that is constantly updated based on treatment progress. Our robust clinical program includes individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week; weekly psychiatry; groups on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, and Seeking Safety; and daily academic support. (Families from out-of-state participate in family therapy remotely.) Teens also participate in experiential therapies (e.g. equine, music, art, fitness, yoga, hiking, and meditation) as well as 12-Step/SMART Recovery programs for those struggling with dual diagnoses.

Located on 12 peaceful acres in Marin County, California, Serenity Knolls is a residential treatment center where adult men and women ages 18 and above can receive comprehensive care for substance abuse, chemical dependency, and certain co-occurring conditions. Treatment at Serenity Knolls is a personalized holistic experience that features a variety of treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques, each of which has been selected and customized in order to best meet each individual's unique strengths, needs, and goals. In addition to the principles of the 12-Step recovery model, Serenity Knolls also incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other client-focused modalities into treatment. Services that may be included in an individual's personalized plan include individual therapy, group therapy, family/couples therapy, and continuing care. Receiving care at Serenity Knolls, men and women will work in active collaboration with teams of talented and dedicated professionals whose sole mission is to help them heal.

Evolve Danville offers outpatient treatment for teens ages 12-17 who struggle with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Our licensed, specialized staff utilize evidence-based treatments such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), individual and family therapy, multifamily groups, parent support groups, psychiatry, daily group sessions and psychoeducation. Many of our adolescents struggle with emotion dysregulation and may display high-risk or self-harming behaviors. DBT is research-proven to help reduce these issues. Through DBT, we teach our patients the skills needed for distress tolerance, improved impulse control, emotion regulation, and effective communication. Teens also receive daily academic support and participate in experiential therapies such as music, art, mindfulness, yoga, and hiking. Additionally, we integrate addiction recovery modalities such as Relapse Prevention, DBT for Substance Abuse, SMART Recovery, and 12-Step support programs. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, positive, and structured environment where clients learn the skills necessary for sustainable recovery.

We provide a full continuum of care at locations around the country, including residential treatment centers; a full suite of outpatient programming, with Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with a flexible number of days per week; telehealth; and alumni programming. All of our programs have received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. Our continuing care program provides ongoing support through virtual sessions, and our robust Alumni department keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups. Whether an adolescent needs a higher level of care, is stepping down from residential care and needs continued structure and community in our Partial Hospitalization Program, or needs several days per week of after-school support through our outpatient services option, our range of programming meets each young person and family where they are.

Located in Scotts Valley, California, The Camp Recovery Center offers residential treatment to adolescents ages 13-17 who are struggling with a substance use disorder or co-occurring mental health concerns. We commonly address issues with drugs or alcohol such as the inability to stop using them and continued use despite negative consequences. For those who are currently using addictive substances, detox might be the first step in their treatment process. Our detoxification services help adolescents rid their bodies of drugs or alcohol so they can focus on their treatment plans. Residential care includes a structured therapy schedule with 24-hour support. The typical length of stay at this level is about 30-90 days depending on each adolescents’ specific concerns and goals.
