Consisting of nine hours per week of group counseling and one hour per week of individual/conjoint counseling sessions, our Intensive Outpatient Programs strive to address every aspect of your mental health disorder, from triggers and cravings to the psychological explanations behind them. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a comprehensive therapeutic approach that research has found to be helpful with a variety of different disorders. Some of these disorders include borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse. DBT's therapuetic approach includes four modules that are taught during the six month program. The four modules are: Core Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Restoration DBT has several licensed therapists who can tailor one's treatment to his or her needs. Restoration DBT has Skill Groups for preteens, teenagers, and adults.
