At Resource Treatment Center, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, we believe that continuity of care is incredibly important for the adolescents and young adults we serve. Once a young person completes one of our residential treatment programs, we strive to ensure that they have the resources they need to navigate life after treatment with confidence. We begin planning for each resident’s discharge on the first day of treatment. Prior to discharge, our staff assists residents and their families with securing aftercare resources for continued care. We can provide referrals for primary care providers and outpatient programs, such as intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and partial hospitalization programs (PHPs). We also connect families with a wraparound program that is provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The Hull Institute has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders for over 20 years. We are a private outpatient practice working with individuals of all ages (8-80) and backgrounds with disordered eating or an eating disorder. We have 12 therapists and 5 dietitians, all specially trained in helping people recover from an eating disorder. People who come to us often also have anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma and/or addictions. We will treat all of them together.

At Glenwood Behavioral Health Hospital, our continuum of care includes an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13-17 who are suffering from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, hallucinations, mood swings, self-harm, suicidal/homicidal ideation, and other concerns. Patients may enter the IOP directly or after completing a higher level of care, such as inpatient treatment. Program duration is determined on a case-by-case basis, with the average stay lasting from four to six weeks.
