Sea Coast Recovery is a day treatment program providing substance abuse treatment to individuals battling an addiction problem. We treat adults, ages 18 and up. Our Mission is to empower individuals through a holistic perspective to develop tools to recover from addiction and the impact it has caused on their lives, through prevention, education, crisis management, and treatment services. At Greenville Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Greenville, North Carolina, we provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who have addictions to opioids such as fentanyl, heroin, and prescription painkillers. MAT is a time-tested, evidence-based form of treatment that combines therapy with the use of prescription medication to comprehensively address the many aspects of opioid use disorder. The medications provided in MAT are FDA-approved and can ease the uncomfortable and sometimes dangerous symptoms of opioid withdrawal. Patients who receive medication-assisted treatment at Greenville CTC take part in counseling sessions, where they have the chance to meet with their peers and discuss topics such as relapse prevention and goal setting. Hillsborough Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a clinically excellent provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to opioids such as heroin, fentanyl, and prescription painkillers. MAT is time-tested and considered a first-line form of opioid addiction care by respected organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). At Hillsborough CTC, MAT combines the use of FDA-approved medications with counseling to comprehensively address the physical, emotional, and social aspects of opioid addiction. The medications that are available for patients will vary across different clinics in our CTC network but may include methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol. These medications can alleviate symptoms and cravings that are part of the opioid withdrawal process. The benefits of participating in MAT at our CTC may include better treatment retention, improved interpersonal relationships, and stronger performance at work.

Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services, is a private psychiatric hospital located on a beautiful campus in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for referrals and no cost confidential mental health assessments. Old Vineyard specializes in inpatient treatment for adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults. Adult specialty inpatient programs include Dual Diagnosis (SUD), Trauma Recovery, Mood Disorders and Seniors. Outpatient adult programs include Partial Hospitalization (day) and Intensive Outpatient and are available for mental health and those with dual substance use disorder.
