We offer proven cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT) by experts for anxiety-related problems including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, social anxiety, chronic worry, and impulse-control issues (hair pulling, skin picking). Our directors have been trained by recognized national experts in the field. The Reeds Center offers intensive or weekly sessions depending on the needs of a particular individual. Research has shown that symptom reduction is most rapid when sessions occur from two to five times per week for up to two hours per session. We generally suggest starting with a higher frequency and intensity of sessions in order to build and maintain momentum and to see change more rapidly. While the financial and time costs of engaging in intensive treatment can be challenging, many individuals choose this option.
