At half the cost of most private facilities and treatment centers, the Utah Addiction Centers' multi-disorder treatment provides personalized outpatient and residential treatment for depression, anxiety, substance abuse, sexual disorders (including pornography) and other problems. Our fully licensed and credentialed clinical team includes addiction certified physicians, psychologists, psychotherapists, licensed addiction counselors, recreational therapists, interventionists, and dieticians. Montecatini Eating Disorder Treatment Center in Carlsbad, California, serves adolescent girls and women ages 16-65 who are struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. At Montecatini, we recognize the important role of family in many of our clients’ eating disorder recovery journeys. We also understand that family members may need their own access to community and connection as they work through the challenges of supporting someone who has an eating disorder. As part of our programming at Montecatini, we provide specialized family support services for people who may need them. These services include our family and friends weekend, which we offer every six weeks. This intensive program is three days long and includes educational presentations and process groups for family and friends who have a loved one at our treatment center. We also provide a monthly family and friends support group, a free program for anyone who has a loved one who is struggling with an eating disorder.

Turning Winds is a residential treatment program for teens that integrates a non-traditional, therapeutic process that facilitates constructive growth in our students that are struggling with a diverse mix of behavioral challenges. These key program components include academic credit recovery, equine therapy, international service projects, outdoor and recreational therapies, substance abuse education, and trauma informed care. Turning Winds utilizes a unique blend of professionals that melds multiple disciplines to tailor a clinically driven, personalized relationship based treatment approach for teens that enroll; thus, inspiring a path of self-confidence, self-reliance, happiness and success.Our program can accommodate a total enrollment of 42 students with an average length of stay that lasts between 6 to 12 months. However, we extend into longer periods of treatment as deemed clinically appropriate.

Evolve’s residential treatment center offers compassionate, evidence-based treatment to adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, substance use, and/or behavioral issues. Many of our teens have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, trauma, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, conduct disorder, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, and suicidal ideation. Our handpicked treatment team consists of board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, Master’s-level residential counselors and 24-hour support staff. We utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with experiential therapies (e.g. equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness, surfing, music, art, drama, fitness, yoga and more). Teens participate in individual/family therapy at least five times a week, psychiatry sessions once a week, and daily groups on DBT Skills, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention. For out-of-state families, we conduct family therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video conference. We also provide daily academic support to help your adolescent stay on track with school.

The beautiful campus is intentionally located in northwest Montana, where the landscape offers year-round recreation for our robust adventure therapy program. The tranquility of living on a lake in the midst of the Rockies creates a peaceful environment for healing and growth. Students are 13-18 years of age, and attend the school for one year or more.
