The Cottages on Mountain Creek, licensed by the state and accredited by the Joint Commission, provides a holistic approach for stabilization and reintegration back into society for adults living with a Mental Health diagnosis (Schizophrenia, Bipolar, OCD, Major Depression and Anxiety, as well as other mental health diagnoses). The Cottages also has a 4th-year Resident Rotation with the Depart. of Psychiatry of a major Teaching Hospital. Programming includes a 24/7 residential treatment program as well as transitional independent living housing (mental health) which includes case management.
