While our main focus is Substance Abuse Treatment & Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), we service many clients struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including depression and anxiety. We accept clients on Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT). Our referrals for medical assistance for substance use stabilization can include options for Vivitrol, Naltrexone, Suboxone and Medical Cannabis.

My Next Step is a Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Treatment facility located in Amarillo, TX. My Next Step is a Christian based Counseling Center that provides a safe and positive environment for our clients to learn and grow. Together, we can develop solutions and assist you in creating the next chapter of your life without substances.
