Recovery DBT is an innovative mental health organization dedicated to promoting and providing essential DBT skills and values to our community through an enriching DBT experience and skill development program. Some of our programing includes: Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) 24/7 Skill and Crisis Coaching Parenting Skills and Coaching. Our Adherent DBT Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an 14-week curriculum which prepares our clients with the skills they need to cope with their most challenging internal battles such as suicidal ideation, self harm behaviors, and eating disorders. ​ Clients are generally referred to IOP by their doctor or therapist as a soft landing from a full or partial hospitalization or as a step up in care for worsening of self harming symptoms.

At Rebound Behavioral Health, we offer inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns and addictions. Inpatient treatment typically lasts five to seven days and is a short-term program that can help people stabilize and learn techniques for managing their symptoms. Clients in our inpatient program can receive consistent monitoring and assistance from a team of experts in a safe environment. In inpatient programming, clients may participate in multiple evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). A client’s customized treatment plan can also include daily group counseling sessions and medication management services. We design a client’s care plan based on the results of an initial assessment they complete before they begin treatment. The care we offer is outcomes-driven and addresses the unique needs of each client so that it can lead to the best results. When someone has completed inpatient programming, we support their continued healing by providing them with an aftercare plan.

Our program offers Holistic Group Therapy to Adults in the morning or in the evening. Our clients are needing support to remain sober on their journey to recovery. We offer a "Clean" program in the evening group. The morning group is for people who are tapering off their addiction medications such as stimulants, Suboxone and benzodiazepines.

We offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who are seeking structured treatment for mental health concerns and substance use disorders. After someone completes inpatient treatment, they may benefit from a structured step-down program that can help them transition out of care. For others who do not require an inpatient program, our PHP can provide the services they need. Unlike our inpatient programming, PHP care is offered only part of the day. This flexibility can allow clients to return home at the end of their sessions and services. However, we know that it may be difficult for some clients to leave each day, so we’re pleased to offer an on-site lodging option for adults who take part in our PHP. Clients who participate in our PHP can take advantage of the tranquil campus grounds and receive structured care while also enjoying downtime for personal reflection.

These programs incorporate the 12 step principles and focus on individual, family, and group therapy, recovery management, and medication assisted therapy. The programs are for 18 years and older and are covered by Medicare, Commercial Insurance, TRICARE, VA, and self pay. Springbrook is a CMS approved facility and is licensed by the South Carolina DHEC. Havenwood at Springbrook Behavioral Health is accredited through the Joint Commission.
