ITTC works well with those who are generally stable in their lives and are ready for the hard work of working through past hurts. Those who may not have responded well to talk therapy alone can incorporate the body and spirit in their recovery process by utilizing trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness and other modalities for treatment incorporating the whole person.

NeuStart Psychiatry was created from the need to provide professional mental health services to our community by using evidenced based practice treatment in combination with comprehensive psychiatry services.
