At Connecticut Center for Recovery, we offer individuals the opportunity to recover with dignity at our facility in Greenwich, CT. The Hopewell Health IOP for Adolescents program is an Intensive Outpatient Program three hour program (5pm-8pm) four days a week (Monday- Thursday) for adolescents aged 12 to 18 and their families. The IOP format allows the adolescent to live at home and attend their current school while engaging in structured therapeutic activities and services. We work with all adolescents struggling with difficult behaviors such as self-injury, behavioral issues, and suicidal ideation as well as significant mood and anxiety disorders. Because every adolescent is unique, we develop an individualized treatment plan designed to meet the precise needs of each patient and family. While DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is the core of Hopewell Health IOP, we incorporate a number of other treatment modalities, such as integration of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, coaching, yoga, music, and art therapies, and hands-on experiential activities.

BHcare offers comprehensive substance abuse services for individuals struggling with alcohol and/or drug addiction. Our comprehensive Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is offered at our licensed and accredited outpatient clinics in Branford and Ansonia, Connecticut. Our MAT program includes prescribed medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a “whole-person” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders.

Continuum Recovery Services (CRS) at Continuum of Care consists of 4 levels of residential treatment and care for adults ages 18 and up who are challenged with mental health and potentially co-occurring disorders. Clients can access treatment to any of these levels of care and move to a higher or a lower level of care as their needs change. Continuum offers short-term and long-term residential treatment in an intimate personalized setting. Clients live in a home-like setting that provides low stimulation compared to traditional institutional settings. With evidence-based treatment, complementary modalities, family therapy and ongoing support, we utilize our world-class continuum of care to turn lives around.

The Progressive Institute is a dual-licensed psychiatric and addiction outpatient treatment facility located at 2 Trap Falls Road in Shelton, CT . We offer a variety of treatment options to accommodate patients with primary mental health and/or primary substance abuse diagnoses. We have a team of licensed professionals, experienced in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, who focus on the creation of an individualized treatment pathway for each patient. Our highest level of treatment is intensive outpatient (IOP). Our daytime IOP runs 9am-noon, Tues/Wed/Thurs and our evening IOP runs 5:30pm-8:30pm, Tues/Wed/Thurs. We offer multiple weekly outpatient groups (OP) including substance abuse relapse prevention, mental health wellness, chronic pain, and faith-based relapse prevention. Individual and Family Therapy is offered and scheduled individually with each patient. Psychiatric Care and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT), which includes Vivitrol® and Suboxone®, is scheduled individually with each patient.

Pinnacle Behavioral Health is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 11-18 and young adults ages 18-25. We work with individuals who are struggling with mood and anxiety disorders as well as maladaptive behaviors such as self injury, school refusal, suicidal ideation, defiance, and other destructive behaviors. Our Young Adult program specializes in helping patients balance the demands of academic, social, and professional life. All programs offer intensive DBT didactic skill training, medication management with a Board Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist, individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient and family, as well as our 24/7 crisis support line. The support line allows patients and families to reach out to familiar clinicians outside of programming hours who can assist them with crisis management to reduce destructive behavior patterns and avoid hospitalization.

Family Resource & Development Center, LLC provides individual, family, couples, and group therapy services to children, adolescents and adults in the Greater Hartford Community. We have a unique group of mental health professionals who support young people and their families through the challenges of our ever-changing communities. Our therapists collaborate with parents, schools, and other community professionals to provide consistent expectations that can translate to success in each environment.
