Embark Behavioral Health in Phoenix, Arizona, previously known as Doorways Counseling Center, is an outpatient treatment program whose therapists help adolescents, teens, and young adults with mental health issues. In addition, she has post graduate training in professional addiction counseling. Roxanne serves as adjunct faculty at a local university in the Masters Level Professional Counseling Dept. She also created government approved IOP programming and provided full assessments for court and incarcerated individuals. Mr. Jerry Brown is the Special Program Director. He is educated in counseling and special programs with experience in suicide prevention, Gottman Method relationship coaching, anger management, and domestic violence. He has done substantial training of others in conflict management and managing relationships. Our qualified staff includes bilingual (English/Spanish) providers. All of our providers have the training necessary to provide the service they provide.

Our state-of-the-art inpatient medical detox facility is an upscale 8-bed inpatient medical facility. With top-of-the-line medical technology on hand, accompanied by our highly experienced staff, Desert Mountain Health is Arizona’s Premier Drug and Alcohol Detox provider. Our facility is a non-hospital setting and provides a quiet, comfortable and confidential location to receive detox from a wide range of drugs and alcohol.

Oasis Behavioral Health is a premier, live-in treatment center located in Chandler, Arizona. At our facility, we offer a residential program for adolescents ages 11-17 whose struggles with mental health and substance use disorders have interfered with their ability to thrive at home, in school, and socially. Founded on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, our residential programming is designed to help patients address the unique emotional challenges that come with being an adolescent today. Our goal is to provide young people with a safe, welcoming space where they can learn to manage their symptoms, cope with social pressures, and make healthier lifestyle choices. Adolescents in this program may receive basic medical care and medication management services as needed, and those who are battling addictions can participate in 12-Step programming. Patients remain in our residential program for an average of 90-120 days depending on their needs.

The Meadows Adolescent Center provides life-changing residential treatment for teen boys 13-17, addressing trauma, substance use issues, and mental health conditions. Understanding that teens learn and grow the most when they’re challenged, engaged, and inspired, our comprehensive program includes a wide range of proven therapy methods, from group and one-on-one sessions to outdoor and experiential options alongside complementary therapies like neurofeedback that help enhance the treatment process.
