Victory Treatment Program is located in KNOXVILLE, TN and is now accepting new patients for outpatient treatment of opiate and alcohol addiction. About us and what we do: Victory Treatment Program specializes in the outpatient treatment of opiate and alcohol addiction with the use of Vivitrol (Naltrexone). We are committed to providing effective treatment for substance dependence and providing long term sobriety for individuals who have a substance abuse problem.

Our intensive outpatient (IOP) program is designed for individuals (ages 13 and up) who are struggling with eating disorders (such as binge eating, bulimia, anorexia, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder).
