We’re here for you when you or your loved one is ready. We are a drug and alcohol treatment center accredited by JCAHO and certified by the State of California. We provide whole-person evidence-based substance abuse treatment services associated with alcohol, methamphetamine, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cannabis, cocaine, opioids, and prescription drugs. Starting with intervention and detox, and then residential treatment – our caring and compassionate professional staff guides and supports clients through residential and/or outpatient treatment, relapse prevention, and aftercare. San Jose Behavioral Health offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults age 18 and older who are in need of treatment for mental health disorders. In this program, patients can participate in flexible, person-centered care while also carrying out their daily responsibilities outside of treatment. At our outpatient treatment center in Santa Cruz, California, we strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients can begin their healing journeys. Adults may enter this program directly or as a step-down to a less restrictive level of care. Typically, people remain in our IOP for eight to 12 weeks, and they attend treatment three hours a day, three days a week for the duration of their programming. Common modalities we utilize at this level of care include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and somatic therapy.

Bodhi Addiction Treatment and Wellness was founded from one simple desire - to help others overcome substance abuse issues no matter what the circumstances. Finding the right help can be a daunting task. We are here to help "cut through" the overwhelming amounts of information out there and provide the resources you need. Bodhi Addiction provides no cost consultations, no cost inpatient referrals to a wide variety of facilities based on individual needs and feasibility, intervention services, out-patient services, mentoring programs and one on one counseling. At Evolve Treatment Centers, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based residential treatment for adolescents 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, aggression, defiance, trauma, and other emotional/behavioral issues. Our primary modes of treatment are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. At Evolve Walnut Creek, we believe treatment works best when it is individually tailored. Our clinical staff conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each teen pre- and post-admission in order to develop a customized, highly detailed treatment plan that is constantly updated based on treatment progress. Our robust clinical program includes individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week; weekly psychiatry; groups on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Relapse Prevention, and Seeking Safety; and daily academic support. (Families from out-of-state participate in family therapy remotely.) Teens also participate in experiential therapies (e.g. equine, music, art, fitness, yoga, hiking, and meditation) as well as 12-Step/SMART Recovery programs for those struggling with dual diagnoses.
