All counseling sessions, including Intensive Counseling, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and aftercare are all 1 on 1. In office and Telehealth options. Not everyone has time or flexibility for full residential rehab, For clients not needing detox, our programs allow individuals to maintain their daily scheduled routines such as attending work, school and family activities.
