The Orchard on the Brazos is a luxury co-ed, residential substance use disorder treatment facility. We provide a unique standard of care blending evidence-based and experiential treatment modalities. With over 100+ years of combined experience, our medical team is comprised of experts that specialize in treating addiction. Nestled on a 132 acre ranch, The Orchard on the Brazos is a place of healing where you are invited to begin again. Our holistic approach incorporates three pillars of lifelong sobriety: Recovery, Spiritual Exploration, and Reintegration. Rebuilding life after addiction can seem overwhelming. Every resident that comes in will receive medical stabilization under the care of a clinical staff that is available 24/7. We offer a full spectrum of services including trauma therapy, fitness programming, group and individual counseling sessions and a comprehensive family program that will include visits and therapy sessions with them throughout the residents’ stay. Our program is made up of two phases, and the length of stay depends on the needs of the individual.

Elevation Behavioral Health is a premier private inpatient mental health facilities that focuses on assessing and effectively treating primary mental health conditions in conjunction with detoxification and addiction interventions. We make a positive, measurable difference in the physical, emotional and spiritual health of the people we serve while building up their confidence and respecting their dignity.

Greenhouse Outpatient Center’s outpatient rehab program is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Our standard outpatient addiction treatment program is more flexible and less intensive than the partial hospitalization rehab programs and intensive outpatient rehab programs. Our clients play an important role in decisions about their treatment and collaborate with their treatment provider(s) to determine treatment objectives that are realistic. Since each individual entering our doors has their own experiences and needs, the client’s treatment provider(s) take into consideration many factors when developing his/her treatment plan.

Fulshear Treatment to Transition is a program for young adult women struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders and/or trauma. Young women there typically struggle with relationships as well.

Aspire's outpatient program is the Gold standard in Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment programs. This program has been been operating for over 10 years and was the first Accredited Substance abuse program in Lubbock. This program is meets 3 times weekly in the evenings from 6pm-9pm. The program is approximately 8-10 weeks long. We have Educational groups, process groups, Chemical dependency groups, etc etc. Clients are assigned an individual Therapist and they meet weekly. We also have family and couples counseling available. We are in-network with most insurance and our self pay rate is $5200 for the entire program. We also serve pizza on Monday nights.

Unlike traditional drug rehabilitation centers, Touchstone Ranch Recovery Center offers a unique treatment experience that includes equine therapy and truly individualized treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our professional, compassionate, and caring staff will go “above and beyond” for each client we serve. Our clients receive excellent individualized care because we do not serve any more than 27 clients at a time. TRRC is appropriately licensed by the state of Texas and dually accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF. Our licensed doctors, therapists, nurses, and counselors have many years working in the field of mental health services. Many of our staff members have been affected by substance use disorder and/or mental illness in some way. With more than 125 combined years in recovery, our staff can relate on a personal level with each of our clients.
