Wings Recovery is a residential treatment center for women located in San Diego. We offer intensive treatment in a small, private setting. We specialize in treating women with trauma, dissociative disorders, addiction issues, self harm and general mental health issues. Throughout the duration of treatment you will be living at our residential treatment center and receive 24 hour care. Wings Recovery was developed by a doctor and therapist to provide the highest level of care and healing. Wings Recovery emphasizes a safe and empowering community, fostering healing through individual therapy, group therapy, EMDR and other trauma-focused therapies, medication management, nutrition services, vocational support, yoga, creative arts groups, mindfulness and therapeutic outings.

At Evolve, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based treatment for teens aged 12-17 struggling with dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, ADHD, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, and other mental health/behavioral issues. For families from out-of-state, we conduct family therapy remotely. Evolve’s residential treatment center offers compassionate, evidence-based treatment to adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, substance use, and/or behavioral issues. Many of our teens have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) ADHD, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, and suicidal ideation. Our handpicked treatment team consists of board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, Master’s-level residential counselors and 24-hour support staff. We utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with experiential therapies (e.g. equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness, surfing, music, art, drama, fitness, yoga and more). Teens participate in individual/family therapy at least five times a week, psychiatry sessions once a week, and daily groups on DBT Skills, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention.
