For families from out-of-state, we offer family therapy via HIPAA-compliant video conference. Each teen receives an individualized recovery plan that is custom-designed to meet their therapeutic needs, encourage personal growth, and lay the foundation for lifelong recovery. We also integrate daily academic support and experiential therapies (e.g. equine, art, drama, fitness, boxing, cooking, and yoga) into our structured daily schedule. Most students that attend Alpine Academy experience severe anxiety and/or depression. This impedes their ability to function successfully at home, in school, and with friends. Trauma has touched their lives in such a way that many have a hard time getting to the root of the problem and learning to express their overwhelming emotions in a healthy manner. Typically our students are bright and capable in school, but emotional disturbances prevent them from being successful in the classroom and in relationships with peers. Oftentimes this leads to them avoiding school and in-person social interaction, opting instead to immerse themselves in the online world of social media and gaming. Our students tend to implode rather than explode, and self-harm and suicidal thoughts, gestures, and attempts may become ways they have coped with their pain. Generally, Alpine students have a strong desire to be able to return to the hobbies, interests, and activities that they used to enjoy doing.

Located in Aberdeen, Washington, Grays Harbor Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a premier provider of outpatient opioid addiction treatment for adults age 18 and older. For people who value a personalized approach to treating opioid addiction, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) may be the most beneficial option. MAT combines counseling and the use of prescription medications that can help ease the symptoms of opioid withdrawal. When MAT was first offered in the United States, methadone clinics were limited to prescribing one type of medication to help patients stop opioid use without experiencing painful symptoms. Today, approved MAT providers like Grays Harbor CTC can offer multiple medication options. Adult, Young Adult (18-30), 50+, and Adolescent (13-17) PHP, partial hospitalization, programs. Using CBT and ACT programming, medication management, nursing groups, rec and music therapy, the Partial Hospitalization Program provides treatment for people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other mood disorders. Patients participate in group therapy for six hours a day, five days per week. The Adolescent PHP program is available virtually or on-site.
