For over a decade, Paradigm Treatment has been providing residential treatment for teens with mental health issues. Our medical and clinical teams delve deep to address the root causes of the struggles young people face in today’s stress-filled world. We work closely with youth and their families treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, mood and personality disorders, and co-occurring substance use. Our education coordinators address academic issues so that students are able to resume studies after treatment while experiential approaches such as yoga, meditation, Soundbath, and equine therapy empower clients to transform their lives. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment proven to help teens struggling with emotion dysregulation, self-harming behavior, suicidal ideation, and other mental health issues. Evolve’s Comprehensive DBT residential treatment center is the first of its kind in California and one of only a handful in the entire country. Many of our teens struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality disorder, addiction or other high-acuity issues. We offer individual therapy (at least 3 times a week), family therapy (2 times a week, with out-of-state families participating remotely), DBT Skills Training Groups (4 times a week), and skills-coaching (24/7). Center For Discovery has been providing excellent behavioral health treatment since treating our first client in 1997. Discovery offers a full continuum of care specializing in the unique and specific needs associated with eating disorder, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. Discovery treats adult women 18 and over and adolescent males and females ages 10 - 19 in separate programs. Our treatment locations offer a warm and engaging environment that fosters long term recovery. Not everyone has time or flexibility for full residential rehab, For clients not needing detox, our programs allow individuals to maintain their daily scheduled routines such as attending work, school and family activities.
