1) Dance/Movement, Drama & Art, Zoom/In Person, Thursdays 4-5pm, “Expressive arts therapies include art, music, dance/movement and drama, and serve as a way to tune into different ways of processing. This group provides a safe environment to look inward in a creative way. General topics include coping strategies, self-care, social support, and more.” 2) Expressive Art Therapy Group: Zoom, Thursdays 2-3PM, “Art therapy allows individuals greater freedom of expression and the opportunity to express things that cannot be put into words. Goals of this group include enhancing community, creative self-expression, and increased self-awareness ”

Trauma Groups (3)
1) IPV/ Sexual Trauma Curriculum Group: Zoom, Tuesdays 11:00am- 12:00pm. Behind Closed Doors is a structured group for survivors of interpersonal violence (IPV) and sexual assault (SA) 2) Sexual Assault Survivor Support Group: Zoom, Thursdays 10:00-11:00am, This support group is designed for adult survivors of any gender who have experienced sexual assault at any point in their life. 3) Trauma Narrative Group Zoom, Wednesdays 5:00-6:00pm: Survivors will have the opportunity to learn about the effects of trauma on the body, and mindfulness techniques to keep them grounded in the present.

Social Anxiety Group, ACT Group & Grief (3)
1) Social Anxiety Group: Zoom Tuesdays 1-2PM 10-week skill-building and psychoeducational group devoted to helping adults overcome social anxiety. 2) ACT for Depression & Anxiety: Zoom Mondays 3-4PM - ACT group is devoted to helping individuals encounter depression and anxiety differently and pursue a full and meaningful life. . 3) Grief Group: Zoom Tuesdays from 2-3PM - Healing from grief is a lifelong journey, one that no one should do alone. This Zoom group is for anyone (16+) who has experienced loss. This group will combine verbal processing and expressive arts therapy in a safe and open setting.
