Oasis Behavioral Health, located in Chandler, Arizona, is an inpatient treatment center serving adults age 18 and older who are suffering from substance use disorders and mental health concerns. The goal of inpatient care is to stabilize patients who are in crisis and prepare them for the next phase of their healing journey. To enter treatment at the inpatient level, a person must be a danger to themselves or others, be in need of detoxification services, or have severely impaired judgment. Adults in our inpatient program must be willing to participate in treatment and take medications as recommended by their providers. While the average length of stay in this program is seven to 13 days, each patient’s actual program duration depends on the progress they make during treatment. In our inpatient setting, patients can take part in evidence-based modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and 12-Step programming.

Dr. DalPos is the clinical director. She is a psychotherapist licensed in AZ and nationally certified. She attained her Doctorate In Psychology at Walden University and her Master of Counseling degree at the University of Phoenix. In addition, she has post graduate training in professional addiction counseling. Roxanne serves as adjunct faculty at a local university in the Masters Level Professional Counseling Dept. Mr. Jerry Brown is the Special Program Director. He is educated in counseling and special programs with experience in suicide prevention, relationship coaching, anger management, and DV. He has done training of others in conflict management and managing relationships. Mr. Kris Schlepp is our site manager and is licensed and qualified work with individual and families to provide the help you need or direct you appropriately to others on our staff.

The quality of our treatment is so important to us that we voluntarily completed the rigorous process required to receive accreditation by The Joint Commission. This difficult accreditation is usually only attempted by hospitals because of the intensity of the requirements – making us one of the only outpatient mental health practices in the Glendale area to achieve this. We offer the full continuum of outpatient mental health services, which means that you can work with the same treatment team as your needs evolve – no more starting over again with someone new as needs change. Our diverse team can work with the whole family – children, teens, and adults and over the years we have had the honor of working with multiple family members at the same time.
