We know people can heal, and we provide comprehensive, human-first treatment. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides intensive daily therapy for substance use and mental health concerns, without overnight stays. It's ideal for inpatient transitions or those needing more support than traditional therapy. PHP is Monday through Friday, 5x a week. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides flexible treatment for substance use, with therapy and education sessions fitting into daily schedules. It's ideal for balancing recovery with personal, school, or work commitments. IOP is 3-5x a week, Monday-Friday, Mornings or Afternoons. If you need housing, we can help you find appropriate local transitional housing.

Akua Strong San Diego provides Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that caters to individuals with substance use disorder, mental health disorder, or co-occurring disorders. Akua Strong provides each client with the structure, accountability, and community they need for successful recovery, with the flexibility and comfort of staying in their own homes or supportive housing.

Asana Recovery is a boutique alcohol and drug recovery program located in Orange County, CA near the coastline. Utilizing evidence based practices and harm reduction techniques, our management and clinical staff include some of the most experienced and accomplished addiction treatment professionals in the industry. Providing empathetic support for clients entering treatment whether it is their first or umpteenth episode is our specialty. Treatment planning begins immediately upon admission and during detoxification with involvement in individual and group therapy sessions and case management. Medication assisted detoxification, or detox, from opiates, alcohol and/or other drugs is managed closely by the onsite medical team to ensure client safety and comfort.

The Nsight Mental Health & Wellness Crisis Residential Treatment Center was created for clients who are seeking the highest quality of psychiatric care in a non-hospital setting. It is designed for individuals who are struggling with a primary mental health diagnosis who may require crisis stabilization before being admitted to an appropriate facility. The Nsight residential program, is a 6 bed psychiatric stabilization facility licensed by the California Department of Social Services and certified by the Department of Health Care Services, Mental Health Division. Since our inception in 2013, Nsight Psychology & Addiction has been dedicated to treating individuals in need of services for either primary mental health or substance abuse related issues. The residential facility provides a unique option for adults experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms to access quality psychiatric care in a voluntary and private setting without having to be admitted into a hospital. Our comfortable facility allows for a more private and individualized approach to psychiatric care to ensure that our clients receive professional treatment that exceeds the industry standard of care.

Mental Health Collective is a treatment program staffed with seasoned clinicians utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities to diagnose and treat adults 18+ facing mental health challenges. The Collective provides neurobiology-informed, outcome-driven, clinical care in a community-based setting where clients are supported and connected to safely navigate life’s challenges. Small by design, our team designs treatment plans through a highly individualized diagnostic + assessment process.
