Founded in 1990, Hazelden Betty Ford is located in the quiet countryside on a 23-acre campus that promotes an atmosphere of respect, serenity, and support. Hazelden Betty Ford is the recognized expert in treating addiction and co-occurring disorders. Our evidence-based treatment practices and recovery solutions are designed to provide the best chance at lifelong recovery. Our treatment is individualized and delivered by a multidisciplinary treatment team of addiction and mental health specialists as well as spiritual counselors, wellness specialists and medical staff.

Aftercare services are initiated well before discharge, ensuring that clients have a network of support ready and waiting. Madrone offers both financial and therapeutic case management support, interfacing with insurance companies and the client's home treatment team (primary physician, dietitian, therapist), so each client is able to progress through the continuum of care in the most optimized way.

Oregon Trail Recovery is a long-term transitional living program. We provide PHP and IOP services which are paired with our sober living homes for those seeking recovery from chemical dependency. We serve men and women ages 18 and up for up to 3 months, and ask for a minimum of a three month verbal commitment. We use a variety of evidenced-based modalities of group and individual therapy, as well as adventure excursions.
