The Manor, a private and secluded residential addiction treatment center, is nestled in the rolling hills of Wisconsin's Kettle Moraine Forest. Outpatient (Level 1) and intensive outpatient (Level 2) services vary in intensity and duration. Generally clients who attend outpatient treatment attend individual sessions once a week and group session 1-3 times per week, whereas individuals who attend intensive outpatient treatment see a counselor for a weekly individual session and attend group 3-4 evenings per week. Each treatment program is designed to help individuals develop the structure and tools necessary to begin recovery from their substance use disorder. Ecker Center employs an integrative approach, utilizing evidence-based therapy practices that include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Seeking Safety, Matrix Model, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Contingency Management. For many clients who are dealing with a primary mental health/mental illness, we approach their treatment focused on their co-occurring disorders and focus on both issues concurrently. We are approved to provide treatment to clients who are involved in the Court systems in Cook, DuPage, Kane and McHenry Counties. Our women's program also has childcare for women in treatment.

Brightside Clinic is a leader in providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid and heroin substance use disorders. Many of our teens have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) ADHD, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, and suicidal ideation. Our handpicked treatment team consists of board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, Master’s-level residential counselors and 24-hour support staff. We utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with experiential therapies (e.g. equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness, surfing, music, art, drama, fitness, yoga and more). Teens participate in individual/family therapy at least five times a week, psychiatry sessions once a week, and daily groups on DBT Skills, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention. For out-of-state families, we conduct family therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video conference. We also provide daily academic support to help your adolescent stay on track with school.
