Milestones provides residential as well as day treatment programs for individuals suffering with Compulsive Overeating, Bulimia, Anorexia, and related disorders. We are a therapeutic community whose mission is to offer a supportive environment from which to begin a new way of life... a life way we refer to as "recovery." Milestones follows a "blended" approach to treatment - addressing both the "addictive" and emotional aspects of an eating disorder. Residents attend a full schedule of group and individual activities during the day as well as participate in various support groups during evenings and weekends. Grocery shopping, meal preparation, and "real world" experiences are an integral part of the program. Unlike a traditional hospital environment, Milestones affords an opportunity to recover in a less restrictive setting while still receiving the support and structure necessary to overcome an eating disorder. Residential Treatment accepts both local and out of area residents, with most of the program's participants coming to us from throughout the United States Located in South Florida, Milestones is near two major airports in the South Florida area.

Boca Recovery Center is a Substance Use Disorder program providing excellence in the medical and clinical treatment of drug and alcohol addiction, as well as co-occurring mental health issues. Helping Hands Recovery was founded on the philosophy that recovery begins with empowering women to break the cycle of addiction through addressing mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The Refuge, A Healing Place in Ocklawaha, Florida, provides a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who have mental health disorders, eating disorders, and substance use concerns. Our PHP takes place on the same campus as our detoxification and residential treatment programs. However, this treatment program is a stand-alone option, and clients reside in separate housing from those in the residential programs. Clients in our PHP take part in six hours of therapeutic programming seven days a week, for up to 30 days. Many people enter our PHP after completing one of our residential treatment programs, but some enter this level of care directly. During the day, clients participate in therapies to learn more about mental health and addictions, develop valuable coping skills, and set goals for the future. Clients can also enjoy a variety of activities, including yoga, sculpting, ropes courses, and canoeing. Our PHP promotes continued healing and prepares clients for life beyond treatment.

Coral Bay Recovery offers intensive outpatient addiction treatment in a small, intimate setting. Under the clinical direction of Mark Jacobson, LMFT, MCAP, a licensed therapist and master’s level certified addiction professional, and Dr. Jacqueline Pevny, A Board Certified Psychiatrist, Coral Bay gives people struggling with alcohol or drug addiction the one thing they need the most: Hope. We also Have a Primary Mental Health Program that is completely separate from the Dual Diagnosis program.

Our program work is designed to encourage empowering relationships with other women to help build a strong social support network while learning and demonstrating the skills needed to live the best lives possible. The program addresses low self-esteem, shame, fear, trust issues, trauma, and depression as well as addictive disorders. When trauma, fears, and other psychological barriers inhibit women from connecting with others in a healthy way, sobriety and healthy living become even more challenging to achieve. However, when women learn to trust one another and build a loving and supportive community, that community can form a strong base for individual healing and recovery. This is the first step in a journey of recovery from mental health or substance abuse issues. Women are part of a powerful community that addresses the issues impacting them, identify what needs to change and how to grow, and then practicing and learning to live in a more deliberate and effective way.

The Institute for Life Renovation is a highly individualized Intensive Outpatient Program that treats complex individuals. We begin with a thorough assessment by a double Board-Certified Licensed Psychologist, which we use to develop a specialized treatment plan. Each patient's treatment vastly differs depending upon their needs. We have a comprehensive team of professionals for integrated care under one roof. We also have specialty tracks for those who struggle with disordered eating and/or substance abuse. Our program also has a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) track and is fully-adherent and certified in DBT.
