Adaego Recovery is a substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment facility that offers Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our facility acts as a step down from a hospital or for those who are looking for an alternative to an inpatient setting. Positive Recovery Center’s IOP is an addiction treatment program that is designed for clients who are ready to return to work, school, and other responsibilities or who do not require a higher level of care. IOP does not provide round-the-clock supervision but allows flexibility for clients to focus on their recovery while they transition back into their communities.

These include medication management by our psychiatry department, comprehensive psychological evaluation for each person with home and office based therapy for children, teens, adults, couples and families. The Houston Center for Valued Living (HCFVL) provides comprehensive services for individuals grappling with a range of concerns, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), various phobias (such as animal phobia, needle phobia, and driving phobia), Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder / Excessive Worrying, Social Anxiety, and those facing challenges in the transition to adulthood. These services fall under the category of Intensive Outpatient or IOP. Our IOP services are tailored for individuals who haven’t achieved the desired outcomes from meeting with a therapist once or twice a week. Our clinicians offer a compassionate therapeutic environment, where they work with you one-on-one, in 3-hour blocks, 3 to 5 days a week to collaboratively address your specific treatment needs. These sessions can be conducted either in-person or virtually. IOP proves particularly valuable for those transitioning from residential or inpatient treatment, individuals taking school or work leave, or those in need of more substantial support than what weekly outpatient therapy provides.

Center For Discovery has been providing excellent behavioral health treatment since treating our first client in 1997. Discovery offers a full continuum of care specializing in the unique and specific needs associated with eating disorder, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. Discovery treats adult women 18 and over and adolescent males and females ages 10 - 19 in separate programs. Our treatment locations offer a warm and engaging environment that fosters long term recovery. Each program treats a small number of clients at a time allowing for truly individualized care that is focused on healing both the client and their family.

Heights Treatment offers several levels of care to fit the needs of each individual in their recovery journey. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of treatment with programming 5 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day. This outpatient option allows clients to benefit from a high level of clinical care and support with the luxury of living in their own home or sober living environment. Clients who seek a slightly less intensive level of care may choose our Intensive Oupatient Program (IOP), which is offered 3-5 days per week, for 3 hours per day. Just as in PHP, clients receive group therapy each day they attend treatment, with topics that range from DBT skills, healthy relationships, recovery skills, emotional, spiritual, and relational sobriety, and grief and loss. The least intense level of care offered at Heights Treatment is our Outpatient Program (OP). This program is designed for the client who is in need of additional support while they return to full-time work and/or daily living. Our Outpatient Program is then a great option for continuing care after the completion of IOP or PHP.

Jones Wellness Center is a mental health and eating disorder Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program. Our treatment approach nurtures the mind-body connection in our patients, understands the intricate role of the nervous system, and utilizes a multidisciplinary therapeutic model that restores the whole individual. Our center seamlessly interweaves modern neuroscience with psychotherapeutic and holistic body-based treatment modalities in a clinical practice.

Next Step Behavioral Houston is a 24/7 residential treatment facility for Adults 18 and older with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Our primary focus of care is mental illness. We provide short term (90 days or less) and long-term (life care) for our clients, which is based on their individual needs. Our client are individuals that have a history of going in and out of the hospital, have misdemeanors, and behavioral concerns.

Jewish Family Service is a non-profit human service agency for people of all ages and all walks of life. Our goal is to provide light, hope and help to individuals struggling with life challenges. JFS's professional, highly credentialed staff offers mental health and support counseling for individuals and families including a specialized program for individuals who live with persistent and pervasive mental illness. Nova's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a level of care perfect for those who need continued support as they transition from inpatient care, or for those who are ready to make a change but cannot commit to a residential treatment program. In some circumstance, the program can provide treatment while allowing for greater freedom to attend work or other obligations as well.
