We are the sole comprehensive treatment program for eating disorders in southeastern North Carolina, with both outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services. Because expert level care is important to us, we employ the only Certified Eating Disorders Specialists in the region to address all clinical and subclinical eating and body image issues. In addition, we employ the region's only Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian. Treatment can include specialized assessments; individual, family, and group counseling, medication management, nutritional counseling, meal support, and collaboration with higher levels of care. We also offer a cutting edge aftercare program for Weight Loss Surgery patients with nationally recognized bariatric experts. We have treated thousands of individuals with eating disorders since we were established in 2003 and at any given time, at least 50% of our client population struggles with some form of an eating disorder.

Wilmington Treatment Center is a premier addiction rehabilitation center located in the beautiful coastal town of Wilmington, North Carolina. We accept patients age 18 and older who are struggling with symptoms of substance use disorders and certain co-occurring mental health concerns. We are dedicated to using an individualized approach to treatment and customize each patient’s treatment plan according to their unique needs and goals. We offer several programming options to meet patients where they are on the journey to healing, including a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that supports patients who need structure without 24-hour supervision. Though many of our PHP patients begin in our detox or residential program, we have some patients who begin treatment at the PHP level. This program typically lasts up to 28 days; however, the actual duration will depend on the personal needs of the patient.

Changing Tides is a treatment center for drug and alcohol addiction located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We provide both the housing aspect of treatment and the clinical services for recovery from addiction all on one site. On-site services provided are individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy as well as some programming and educational therapies. Adolescents’ bodies and brains are still developing, so when young people struggle with addictions, they can be negatively impacted in unique ways. Adolescents who have substance use disorders can experience impaired brain development, academic problems, and struggles with interpersonal relationships. They can also be at risk for developing mental health concerns. At Village Behavioral Health, we believe that addressing mental health concerns and addictions together through dual diagnosis treatment can lead to the most optimal results for young people. We offer three dual diagnosis programs that are organized by gender and age group. Our Nova Program serves youths ages 10-12 of all genders who are suffering from mental health concerns and co-occurring addictions. We also have residential programs for teen girls and boys ages 13-17 who need dual diagnosis treatment.

Jackson-Feild Behavioral Health Services provides evidence-based intensive therapeutic treatment services for adolescents ages 11 to 17 who have experienced trauma, mental illness and other related issues during their young lives. Our multimodal, uniquely designed trauma focused cognitive behavioral treatment and additional evidence based trauma therapies are especially effective in helping children who have mental illness, personality disorders, emotional intensity disorders and behavioral issues and are victims of physical and/or sexual abuse, neglect and have poor familial relationships.
