For the people we work with, isolation can make relationships more dangerous and painful and that's hard to change on one's own. Most people we work with try to fix the problem on their own but if you could have changed on your own, things would already be different. Our expertise is helping people who have harmed the people they love to fix their relationships. You can stop hurting the people you love.

That therapist will try to understand what's happening in your relationship and recommend treatment that fits your needs.
