At Timberline Knolls, we believe that a combination of evidence-based therapies, a therapeutic environment, and supportive education is key to helping girls heal from eating disorders and other behavioral health concerns. We help our residents continue their studies while they receive care at our residential treatment center. TK Academy can help students progress academically while they focus on healing. Our certified teachers instruct core subjects in small classes, allowing them to work closely with each student. Girls who receive care at Timberline Knolls attend TK Academy every weekday, following the traditional school calendar. We coordinate with our residents’ school districts and parents to ensure that they receive the appropriate credit to stay current with their local educational requirements. At TK Academy, we work hard to create a warm and supportive classroom environment that can encourage students to learn while they receive excellent behavioral healthcare.

Banyan Heartland is a licensed residential treatment facility that provides a personal approach to care for men and women suffering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our Catalyst Day Program in Wheaton is designed for adults 18 years and older. It is designed to be less restrictive than a hospital or residential program while providing a higher level of care than is available through outpatient counseling. This intensive treatment program may be the perfect answer for those who are not making satisfactory progress through outpatient counseling, need to move through an issue more quickly due to a life crisis, or as a step-down from hospital/residential care. The treatment plan is customized to meet the individual's unique needs, integrating psychological, physical and spiritual components. Many clients find comfort in the fact that we are Christian based so they have confidence the care they receive will not conflict with their beliefs. Whether or not clients are Christian, they receive equal respect and quality care in a safe environment. Our treatment team includes a psychiatrist, psychologists, a nurse, and master level counselors who work together to provide educational, life skills and problem-solving groups; individual counseling sessions; medication management; and other treatment interventions as needed.
