Located in the foothills of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains in Palm Springs, CA, Michael's House is fully equipped to partner with patients on the journey to recovery. By working with staff specially trained to handle co-occurring disorders, patients take a hands-on approach in the treatment process, which includes 12-step principles, life skills classes and group and individual therapy. Using the Foundations model of integrated treatment, Michael's House provides a stellar clinical program designed to address the complete treatment needs of each individual. At Temecula Valley Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), we offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are suffering from opioid addictions. MAT is a whole-person approach that can support both the physical and emotional needs of patients. It combines prescription medication and counseling, providing a holistic treatment experience that can help people withdraw from opioids and begin the process of recovery. At our CTC, we offer methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, or naltrexone as part of each patient’s individualized treatment plan. These medications can ease the discomfort of opioid withdrawal and help you achieve the mental clarity you may need to focus on treatment and recovery. To determine the medication that may be most appropriate for you, our staff will assess your health and your past and current drug use. You’ll be able to ask questions and learn about the effects and benefits of each medication. Once you begin MAT, you can make progress during counseling, where you may develop relapse prevention strategies, learn how to improve relationships, and share support with others who are receiving MAT.

Have provided substance use treatment for over thirty years to the Temecula valley and surrounding areas. Our team includes psychiatrist, medical director, RN, LVN, Masters level therapists and CAADAC addiction counselors. We emphasize on helping patients access emotions and integrate into recovery. We have four levels of care- outpatient, intensive outpatient (three hours per day), ambulatory detox, partial hospitalization (day treatment) and five day IOP. We have specialized programming in opiate treatment utilizing medications and, also, gradual detox from alcohol and benzodiazepines. Our safety record is outstanding. MAT is a time-tested treatment approach that combines the use of therapy and prescription medication to help people break the grip of opioid addiction and pursue better health. Because opioid use disorder can impact a person’s mental, physical, emotional, and social wellness, it’s important for those who are struggling to engage in holistic care. In our MAT program, we deliver individualized treatment that addresses the whole person. MAT has been closely studied for decades, and considerable research has documented its effectiveness in helping people stop using opioids, avoid future relapse, and sustain recovery. During MAT programming at Colton CTC, you can set both short- and long-term goals and gain the skills and insight you need to achieve them.

Exist Centers is Orange County's premier outpatient (PHP/IOP) program designed to specifically target the physical, cognitive, and psychological causes of both substance use and mental health disorders. We know people can heal, and we provide comprehensive, human-first treatment. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides intensive daily therapy for substance use and mental health concerns, without overnight stays. It's ideal for inpatient transitions or those needing more support than traditional therapy. PHP is Monday through Friday, 5x a week. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides flexible treatment for substance use, with therapy and education sessions fitting into daily schedules. It's ideal for balancing recovery with personal, school, or work commitments. IOP is 3-5x a week, Monday-Friday, Mornings or Afternoons. If you need housing, we can help you find appropriate local transitional housing.
