The ARISE RECOVERY CENTERS IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) was created to provide our clients with affordable, transparent, individualized, best practice, and effective drug & alcohol treatment while staying grounded in the principles of 12 step recovery. We work with each individual to heal their mind, body, and spirit, as they develop new life skills that result in long-term recovery.

Many of our patients have tried other therapies and have just not had success in getting the relief they need. Our patients who suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other conditions are looking for a fundamental reset of their mental paradigm. Traditional treatments such as SSRI's will "lower the volume" but what patients really want is to "change the channel..."

For over 15 years, Ascension Seton has been providing specialized intensive outpatient treatment to adults experiencing emotional and/or substance abuse difficulties. As the longest running intensive outpatient program in Austin, we are committed to the emotional well being of Central Texans, every step of the way.

Our unique integrated treatment approach uses a multidisciplinary treatment team and a wide range of treatment services to assesses and treat the whole client and their significant others. An individualized treatment plan is customized for each client to address their specific treatment needs. Our treatment team which includes psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed professional and chemical dependency counselors, family and marital therapists, executive, social and life skill coaches, educational diagnostician, reading specialist and a health psychologist are all under the same roof. Members of the team assigned to implement the client's treatment plan collaborate informally and formally in weekly treatment meetings to monitor the client's treatment progress in meeting their treatment goals. The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare’s innovative inpatient program is located on 67 acres along the shores of the San Gabriel River. Clients reside in luxurious, gender specific residences that offer a small group setting, chef-prepared meals and a peaceful environment away from the distractions of life where one can focus on his or her recovery. We offer a holistic, 90-day program that includes both traditional and cutting-edge, evidence-based therapies. Our program provides support for those suffering co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders, or a history of trauma. We work with our clients and their families to create a continuing care program that provides long-term support for as long as needed. Optional long-term support is available via our continuum of care, a system of programs and support groups that offer various levels of structure and accountability as the person graduates from inpatient care to an increasingly independent life.

Our Pastoral Counselors are certified, trained in providing trauma informed Christian counseling, for Adults, teen, Youth, Couples and Families that are struggling with, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Addictions such as alcohol/drug abuse, sex addiction, pornography, behavioral issues, ADHD, Special Needs, Autism Spectrum, social/relational concerns. All counseling sessions, including Intensive Counseling, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and aftercare are all 1 on 1. In office and Telehealth options. Not everyone has time or flexibility for full residential rehab, For clients not needing detox, our programs allow individuals to maintain their daily scheduled routines such as attending work, school and family activities. We also provide court ordered counseling, outpatient programs and aftercare for DWI, DUI, Drug possessions for charges in Texas. We are also trained in Biofeedback.
