At Williamson Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), we offer medication-assisted treatment, or MAT, for adults age 18 and older who are suffering from opioid addictions. MAT programs combine prescription medication and counseling to help people withdraw from opioids and lay a foundation for lasting recovery. Recommended by respected organizations such as the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), MAT provides a whole-person approach to opioid addiction treatment that can address someone’s physical and emotional needs at the same time. Our professional staff members will strive to provide a smooth admissions process starting with your initial intake appointment. During intake, our team will learn about your treatment history and current needs and assess your health and substance use history to recommend an appropriate medication.
