Our team is here to help guide you with the treatment and tools to bring stability, peace, and health. OP Treatment
The Outpatient Program (OP) is designed to meet the needs of individuals who suffer from a substance use disorder according to the DSM-5, and those who may need more than weekly counseling, but don't need residential care. The program provides monitoring several times a week in a supportive group setting. The group meets two times a week (evening) for three hours. Participants attend 1 hour a week individual counseling session, and a family session every other week. Program services include: CD Education, Relapse Prevention, Life Skills Training, Intake, Assessment, Treatment Planning, Treatment Plan Reviews, Referrals, and thorough discharge planning.
