At Achieve Wellness and Recovery we offer outpatient treatment for individuals 18 and older. We offer treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders through clinical modalities that include group counseling, individual counseling, recovery mentoring, 12 step involvement, holistic options, and medication management.
