Our approach to wellness is personalized and holistic, treating and nurturing mind, body, and spirit for our clients from age seventeen through the senior years. Our practice model integrates the evidence-based Western clinical model with time-honored integrative practices including meditation. Our collaborative team of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists includes counselors with EMDR, Yoga for Mental Health, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy Certifications. We offer therapy in-person from our serene and welcoming practice, walking-and-talking therapy bringing the benefits of nature and gentle movement to your therapy experience in an outdoor setting, and through telehealth, connecting with you from the comfort of your home and ease of your device. EMDR is the use of eye movement and/or bilateral brain stimulation using hand held devices, auditory devices, or tactile devices to reduce the intensity of emotions causing distress.
