The Ho Tai Way is an inpatient substance abuse facility for women providing in house medical detox and residential services. Our 30 day abstinence base program focuses on getting you sober and helping you stay sober. We go deep and explore the reasons underneath your substance use--depression, anxiety, trauma-- but we also go at your pace. Together we work hard to prevent relapse: Identifying triggers Learning new ways of coping Building life skills Healing the pain. Treatment Services: We start with a strong base of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and design our treatment plan with your individual needs in mind. We incorporate many modalities that help you dig deeper into your psyche to get to the answers that you need. Here at OC Teen Center, our facility is doctor owned. Our Psychiatrist and Founder Dr. Beheshti knows every family personally. She also teaches groups in addition to doing private sessions. We treat adolescents, age 12-19, who are suffering from depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, and are motivated to improve. We do individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and psychiatry in a comfortable upscale setting in Costa Mesa. We accept health insurance and we make treatment affordable. We do not treat addiction, we do not accept addicts into the program. Your child will not be exposed to the influence of drug addicts during group therapy at OC Teen Center. We offer a free tour and information session to families who are considering enrolling a child. Come see for yourself if OC Teen Center is right for you. We do in person therapy only, we believe it is far more effective than tele-therapy over zoom. We have flexible schedules. In addition to offering PHP and IOP we offer a program with 3 days per week instead of 5. We don't kick you out the door early, most kids stay for 6-12 months, sometimes longer.
