Acera Health is a residential mental health treatment center that specializes in helping adults struggling with mental health issues. Our clients come to us for help with emotion dysregulation, self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, and other behavioral or mental health issues. We offer a comprehensive approach to treatment that incorporates multiple evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our clients participate in individual/family therapy, psychiatry sessions, and daily therapy groups such as DBT Skills Training, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, & Anger Management. New Directions for Women is a sanctuary for women seeking freedom from addiction, offering a compassionate and comprehensive approach to recovery. With a success rate 20% higher than the national average for rehabs, NDFW stands as a testament to the effectiveness of our programs. Your child will not be exposed to the influence of drug addicts during group therapy at OC Teen Center and California Teen Center.
