We are a full service Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counseling Center located in Lake Mary and Ocala, Florida. We focus our program toward developing partnerships with each client who is looking for assistance with healing their substance abuse or mental health concerns. Dr Patrick Nave has over 25 years of counseling experience in Washington, California and Florida and utilizes a modified cognitive-behavioral approach in dealing with all addiction and mental health issues.

Situated in Central Florida, Lotus Behavioral Health’s facility serves the behavioral health needs of teenagers aged 12-17 facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. As adolescents recover and heal with individualized services and our specialized addiction treatment, our 20,000 sq ft residential treatment facility will be their home. Our groups and sessions focus on a whole-person perspective that helps clients answer the questions "Who Am I?" and "How did I get here?". We help both the individual and their family delve into the core issues of fear, acceptance, rejection, coping and thought distortion.

People with addiction issues often have other mental health concerns such as anxiety. depression, stress, bipolar disorder, etc. This is called a co-occurring disorder (also known as dual diagnosis) where substance abuse and mental health issues are present together. To recover successfully from an addiction, it is crucial to treat the mental health issue (s) as well as the addiction, which is what we do at Advantage Mental Health. Treatment with medication and counseling/behavioral therapy allows you to live their lives while overcoming addiction -- you can still work, attend school, or participate in family events with our outpatient services.

Sabal Palms Recovery Center, located in Brooksville, Florida, provides customized residential addiction treatment in a warm and welcoming environment. Our staff is dedicated to providing comprehensive care that can help our clients achieve lasting recovery. In our residential programming, we offer care for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns. Clients who have addictions often begin their treatment process in our medical detoxification (detox) program. In our detox program, clients can go through the withdrawal process under the supervision of our medical professionals, who ensure their comfort and safety. The typical length of stay in our detox program is five to seven days, but each client’s length of stay depends on their progress and individual needs. Detox services can help clients go through the withdrawal process, avoid relapse, and focus on healing.

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) combines the use of prescription medication with counseling sessions to promote long-term opioid addiction recovery. MAT can minimize the effects of physical withdrawal, allowing a person to focus on the psychological component of addiction recovery. MAT has been widely studied and proved to be effective in treating opioid addiction. At Longwood Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), we believe in the healing potential of MAT, and we provide MAT services for adults age 18 and older who are battling symptoms of opioid use disorder.
