Sabal Palms Recovery Center, located in Brooksville, Florida, provides customized residential addiction treatment in a warm and welcoming environment. Our staff is dedicated to providing comprehensive care that can help our clients achieve lasting recovery. In our residential programming, we offer care for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns. Clients who have addictions often begin their treatment process in our medical detoxification (detox) program. In our detox program, clients can go through the withdrawal process under the supervision of our medical professionals, who ensure their comfort and safety. The typical length of stay in our detox program is five to seven days, but each client’s length of stay depends on their progress and individual needs. Detox services can help clients go through the withdrawal process, avoid relapse, and focus on healing.

We designed our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for working individuals and retirees. Many have daily obligations to fulfill work, summer activities, golf, beach... As a result, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) treatment is provided every weeknight from 6 pm to 9 pm and on Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm. Our IOP is a 12-week evidence-based program for Substance Abuse Treatment and the Co-occurring Mental Health conditions that are often the cause. We provide a minimum of ten hours per week of Group and Individual) therapy as well as random drug and alcohol testing. IOP can be an excellent treatment program for individuals living in a stable supportive environment and is designed for clients who need Structure and Accountability while reintegrating themselves back into their new Sober Life. We also offer NeuroFeedback as an adjunct treatment modality for mental health, substance use disorder, and cognitive health.

Resolutions has been providing compassionate outpatient treatment in the South Florida area for over 15 years. Our comprehensive program allow clients to remain at home and maintain a regular day to day or work schedule while engaging in outpatient treatment for substance use problems or a combination of substance abuse and co-occurring psychological disorders. Park Royal Hospital provides a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with mental health concerns. This outpatient level of care offers a structured environment in which patients receive treatment, and then they return home when sessions aren’t taking place. In our PHP, we treat patients who have depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, other mental health concerns, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Patients in our PHP participate in evidence-based treatment five days a week, engaging in five groups per day. Typical length of stay is two weeks, though that depends on each patient’s individual progress. Licensed therapists conduct all group therapy sessions, which utilize modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), the 12-Step recovery model, and motivational interviewing. Within these processing and psychotherapy groups, topics may include relationship boundaries, stress management, grief and loss, anger, and communication. Weekly art therapy and medication management services are also available.
