Taking the steps to care for yourself and your mental health shows that you are ready for change. My primary area of focus is helping adults and teens who are experiencing a transition in their life and my goal is to empower clients in a compassionate and understanding way. I strive to help clients develop more effective strategies to manage stress, increase self-esteem, develop more peaceful relationships, and live more fully in the present.
I believe that therapy works best as a collaborative process. We will work together to establish goals that are meaningful to you. We’ll tailor our sessions to your individual needs. My approach to therapy is integrative and person-centered, incorporating attachment theory, CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based treatments.
