The Pines at Holly Hill Adult (18+) and Adolescent (13-17 years old) Outpatient offers two programs: Partial Hospitalization (Mon-Fri from 8:45am-2:00pm) and Intensive Outpatient: (Mon-Wed-Fri from 8:45am-12:00pm). Led by our Director of Outpatient and staffed with a team of medical professionals (Psychiatrists, Therapists and Registered Nurse), each program uses elements of evidence-based practice such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients in need of more supportive treatment. As a leading mental health and addiction treatment hospital, Rebound Behavioral Health provides a wide range of programs that can meet the specific needs of each client. We offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who are seeking structured treatment for mental health concerns and substance use disorders. After someone completes inpatient treatment, they may benefit from a structured step-down program that can help them transition out of care. For others who do not require an inpatient program, our PHP can provide the services they need. Unlike our inpatient programming, PHP care is offered only part of the day. This flexibility can allow clients to return home at the end of their sessions and services. However, we know that it may be difficult for some clients to leave each day, so we’re pleased to offer an on-site lodging option for adults who take part in our PHP. Clients who participate in our PHP can take advantage of the tranquil campus grounds and receive structured care while also enjoying downtime for personal reflection.

Our retreat-like setting helps individuals on the autism spectrum to explore the vulnerabilities that interfere with self-awareness, acceptance, and growth, ultimately creating a unique opportunity to develop life strategies and the inner-strength necessary for sustained success. IOP Services provides intensive group therapy to adults. We are the an independent, clinician owned mental health IOP in North Carolina. We do not provide care to individuals whose primary current problem is a substance abuse disorder. There are many options for their care. IOP provides intensive therapy 3 hours per day, 3 days a week. Group therapy is the foundation of IOP. Group has been well established as an effective treatment approach for 80 years. The interpersonal experience of group is supplemented and enriched with instructional material, psychiatric education and a variety of evidenced based approaches. Most clients continue their regular individual therapy schedule while in IOP. Enrollment is not determined by a diagnosis but rather by how problems are interfering in your life.
