Meridian Recovery is a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) dedicated to empowering adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Our fully online program is meticulously crafted to supplement your work in individual therapy, by providing an added layer of support and care. Conveniently held 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 4 to 7 pm, our program fits seamlessly into your busy work life. Therapeutic Approaches: We offer a rich tapestry of evidence-based group therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Group Therapy, alongside innovative mindfulness and Art Therapy sessions.

At Lightfully Behavioral Health, we’re one of the only mental health programs focused entirely on general mental health. You can think of us as “primary care” for mental health. PCH Treatment Center stands out with its evidence-based approach to treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), featuring one of the few specialized residential programs in the country. Our dedicated OCD Treatment Program includes Cognitive Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and OCD-specific group therapies, supported by medication management, when appropriate. Our specialized staff of doctoral and master's level therapists are experts in OCD and anxiety-related issues, providing clients with a range of resources and treatments, including psychodynamic therapies, up to 100 weekly groups, and participation in the PCH Family Program. ‍ ‍Recognizing OCD as a serious neuropsychiatric condition, our treatment is highly individualized, addressing each client's specific symptoms and their impact on daily life. Our core OCD program relies on ERP, the gold standard treatment, supplemented with Cognitive Therapy and pharmacological management as needed. We also address co-existing conditions like mood disorders, psychological trauma, and personality issues, which often accompany OCD. ‍ Family Involvement and Expert Guidance are central components of our programming.

The Westwood Institute for Anxiety Disorders, Inc. was founded in response to the lack of expertise and successful treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). In 1994, upon completing her training with Dr. Edna Foa, an internationally renowned authority on the psychopathology and treatment of anxiety, Dr. Gorbis was granted the use of Dr. Foa's intensive method involving prolonged and repeated exposures and response prevention (ERP) for treating OCD. Dr. Gorbis had much success treating patients at the UCLA OCD Outpatient Program with the intensive ERP method, and many patients suffering from OCD came from around the world to seek this treatment for their debilitating condition. In 1996, Dr. Gorbis began working with Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz, and continued treating OCD patients using mindful awareness training and the 4-step method. Dr. Gorbis later integrated part of the 4-step method and mindful awareness training with the intensive ERP method in her attempt to improve treatment outcome.

Situated in world famous and highly coveted tranquil neighborhood of Bel Air, The Bel Air Home is a highly advanced residential mental health treatment program with expertise in treating complex psychiatric issues. We are physician operated program that is also licensed to provide highly advanced psychiatric treatment options such as ketamine and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Our philosophy is to minimize medications and provide one on one intensive treatment in an intimate small group environment. We service all adult ages and also offer specialty treatment tracts that address the unique needs of seniors, chronic pain sufferers. Treatment is provided to only 6 clients at a time to provide highly individualized attention. Unlike most programs that advertise for mental health but are really substance abuse treatment programs, we are proud to be one of the very few double certified true mental health programs in existence. We are licensed and certified for advanced mental health and crisis stabilization (which means our clinical program, staffing and services must be the most intensive and highest caliber) by both the California Department of Healthcare Services and DSS.

California OnTrack is an outpatient coordinated specialty care program that specifically treats individuals with thought disorders. We understand that the positive symptoms, such as hallucinations and delusions, are the most visible symptoms and therefore get all the attention, however, the negative symptoms, like avolition, anhedonia, social withdrawal, and emotional disorders such as alogia and affective flattening, are often the greatest barriers to attaining a life worth living. Our program is designed to achieve functional recovery and resiliency, and not just reduce the severity or persistence of positive symptoms. Our care model is all about helping clients regain a satisfying life that is filled with meaning, purpose and enjoyment, while managing or coping with existing symptoms.
