Inpatient Substace Use Disorder Treatment
Roxbury is an inpatient detox and rehab facility for adults with a specialty in treating co-occurring mental health disorders. Roxbury’s inpatient substance use disorder unit is also a contracted and certified Tricare facility and can treat active duty military members, their dependents, and veterans. Our program offers individualized treatment planning, 12 step programming, SMART Recovery, group therapy, individual and family therapy, as well as medication management and a full psychiatric evaluation. We also offer Medication Assisted Treatment in the forms of Suboxone, Sublocade, oral Naltrexone and Vivitrol. Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Roxbury Outpatient Services offers substance use assessments, individual substance use disorder therapy, outpatient groups, and intensive outpatient programming (IOP) in both our Carlisle and Chambersburg, PA locations. Treatment is client centered and focuses on a variety of group topics. Telehealth is offered through Zoom for eligible clients. Inpatient Psychiatric Treatment
Our inpatient psychiatric programs are for those individuals who are in need of a safe and secure environment while addressing their acute psychiatric needs. Our adult unit is for ages 18+ and provides acute psychiatric stabalization, detox from any substances, a thorough psychiatric evaluation and medication management, group therapy, and structured recreational therapies. Our adolescent unit is for ages 13-17 and also focuses on acute psychiatric stabalization. Each patient is provided with a thorough psychiatric evaluation and medication management, family therapy, group therapy, academic services, and allied therapies.
