We specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP), Behavioral Activation and Prolonged Exposure. Our DBT Program is a comprehensive and full-fidelity program as created by Marsha Lineman, PhD. Our adult program includes individual therapy, DBT skills group, and in-between session coaching. Our adolescent program includes individual therapy, parent and family therapy, adolescent multi-family group and in between session coaching for adolescents and parents.
